Three Simple Steps to Healing Trauma
Sometimes when healing is needed within us, whether emotional and/or physical, we may go into varying states of denial, feeling threatened, confusion, etc. Where might we begin to start centering and healing?
1. By allowing everything in one’s life to be accepted, we can extricate ourselves from the craziness of being in constant reaction where the mind creates a never-ending circle of going over the same arguments and expecting a different result.
2. Acceptance allows love. This is an opening that makes a creative field for different solutions and possibilities to show up.
3. When acceptance enters our field, healing can occur through the process of non-conflict and allowing clear flowing energy.
The practice of acceptance means to let go, and by letting go free one’s mind to be present in the present moment which allows creativity in life.
