Contemplation
Each day I give some time to contemplation. What does that mean to me? I get a chance to quiet my mind by letting things go. I get a chance to see what I may be holding onto—emotions that want validation. Then I have a choice of how to respond to those attitudes. Most of the time, I come from a place that includes all my feelings as included in love. All is forgiven. All is known. All is human. When quietness comes, there is spaciousness and release. I have an opportunity to open to my inner voice and inner direction and inner exploration.
