3 Easy Ways to Enhance Focus

Often in everyday life, we may want to zero in on what’s in front of us despite other thoughts going on in our head.  Are there simple methods to come to a point of centeredness?

Meditation cannot only train the brain to center itself but has a spillover effect in being able to center quickly. 

Here are the steps:

1.       Consciously breathe.  Center on the breath and feel yourself calming.

2.        Create an image in your mind that excludes you from the outside world.

3.       Imagine your 3rd eye, the brain’s prefrontal cortex behind your forehead, and from there let go of interfering emotions.

By taking a few moments to center, you and your task become one.
